Precision-Flo is a performance upgrade for Kason circular vibroscreens that simplifies the process of adjusting eccentric weights. Traditional adjustment methods are often time consuming, require tools, and involve partial disassembly, making setup and changeovers difficult. Precision-Flo removes those obstacles by allowing operators to make fast, accurate adjustments without tools. This improves efficiency during initial setup and ongoing production changes. By making motion control easier and quicker, it helps users reduce downtime, improve screening accuracy, and respond more flexibly to different materials and processing needs.
Technically, Precision-Flo gives access to 720 weight combinations using a simple pull-pin mechanism that replaces traditional hardware. The top eccentric weight controls radial movement across the screen, while the bottom weight manages vertical motion to help clear screen apertures. With this upgrade, operators can fine tune amplitude settings without adding or removing weights. Precision-Flo is available on all Kason circular vibroscreen models up to 72 inches and can be retrofitted to existing machines of the same size in about one hour. It is also compatible with AirLift systems, allowing safe single-person operation for both setup and maintenance.
