Dewatering Demonstration on Kason's Cross-Flo Sieve

Demonstration of dewatering on a Kason Cross-Flo sieve. Our sieve is ideal for many liquid-solid separations involving food, chemicals, pulp/paper, plastics and other applications. The liquid-solid mixture enters the headbox at the rear of the unit, then overflows onto an acceleration ramp and wedgewire screen panel. The liquid passes through the screen while the solids to build up and fall off of the screen via gravity. By using gravity, the unit needs no moving parts.
