For Best Results, Use Kason Air Brush Intermittently

Kason offers an air brush anti-blinding device as an alternate to bristle brushes and neoprene wiper blades for the CENTRI-SIFTER centrifugal sifters. Continuous use of the air brush is unnecessary and consumes excess air. Intermittent use is effective and less costly.

One Kason customer installed a timer on the air line to the brush assembly, allowing for intermittent air brush operation. The air enters the air brush assembly now only 1 minute of every 10 to 20 minutes of operation, maximizing productivity while minimizing operating costs. Air brushes can also be sued to brush wedge wire screens when materials coat the screen. The optimum operating cycle of the air brush varies from application to application, depending on how severely blinding or coating affects efficiency.
