40" Fluid bed dryer system ready to connect and run

With simple connections to an existing dust collector and power source, this Fluid Bed Dryer is ready to run. The self-contained system combines a circular 40" fluid bed unit, heater, blower, and controls.

The system will reduce the moisture content of boric acid from 10.0 to 0.8 percent.

Unlike rectangular, vibratory fluid bed processors, the circular unit requires only one air inlet and outlet, and is inherently rigid, allowing materials of construction to bed down gauged, vibratory motors to be down-sized, and associated components to be eliminated. Reductions in material, weld seams, and associated labor reduce fabrication cost, particularly when units are finished to FDA, USDA, BISSC, or 3A standards.

Reduced seams, a quick-disconnect housing, and the absence of internal cross members cut cleaning time significantly.
