Centrifugal Screener Brochure

Centrifugal Screener Brochure

MILLBURN, NJ — A new, six-page CENTRI-SIFTERTM brochure from Kason Corp. details centrifugal screeners for sifting, scalping, de-lumping and dewatering of bulk solid materials and solids-laden slurries.

Featured are QUICK-CLEAN designs with two- or three-bearing cantilevered shafts that allow the screen and paddle assembly to slide freely from the shaft end through a hinged door for rapid screen changes and thorough cleaning.

Also covered are: Standard Gravity-Fed Centrifugal Screeners for sifting, scalping, de-lumping and dewatering at high rates; dedicated Centrifugal Dewatering Screeners for maximum moisture extraction; Pneumati-Sifter Centrifugal Screeners for in-line operation with dilute-phase pneumatic conveying systems; Centrifugal Screeners with Bag Dump Stations; and Miniature Centrifugal Screeners for small batches of contamination-sensitive products.

Twelve case history synopses outline typical food, chemical, mineral, plastics and general applications ranging in capacity from 0.25 to 50 tons/h for bulk solids, and 5 to 400 gal/min (20 to 1800 liter/min) for slurries.
